A comfortable, elegant hotel in a very central location
Central location, excellent staff and very large, comfortable room.
The lighting was extremely dim in the main room. 25€ is somewhat expensive as a surcharge for a small dog.

The staff were really welcoming, helpful and attentive. The building was beautiful and very well located. Would recommend highly, and would stay again.

Great location, service and character hotel.
Everything except the lighting. Staff attention. Location.
They have issues with room 7 where we stayed. At night when you leave your room, no lights come on in the hall way, there are no light switches. You have to walk down five steps of the stairs before the light comes on and you are able to find your key and lock the door. You can obviously use your phone torch but this is not good. The room lightng was designed to create a mood. We needed light to be able to see things! Gregory very kindly brought two extra lights into our room but these were also mood lights and didn't make a difference. These comments relate to our room only. Other rooms had better hall lights. But this was our only complaint. Everything else was great.

Very polite and helpful staff. Our room was upgraded at no extra cost. We would recommend the hotel to others.
Lovely room, quaint hotel in a central location. Food in the Bistro restaurant. Nice served breakfast, choice of cooked food brought to the table. Delightful pastries.
All the water from the taps came out hot, no cold water. Lighting in bedroom was too dark. Because of the pedestrian location, the taxi had to drop us round the corner. No lifts, so not suitable for less mobile guests. Restaurant not open on Sunday.
